Please note that Quick Learner is a **service-based platform** offering educational resources and exam preparation tools. There are **no physical goods, shipping, or delivery costs** associated with any purchase on our site. All purchases grant immediate digital access.

1. Secure Payment Processing

All payments for Quick Learner plans and subscriptions are securely processed using an **industry-leading, third-party Payment Gateway**. This ensures that your financial information is protected by bank-level security protocols and transactions are fast and reliable.

Transaction Reference and Security:

For transaction reconciliation and customer support, all payments processed will include a **unique Order ID** and our **Business Name** on your bank or credit card statement. This secure integration simplifies payment handling and ensures transparency.

2. Service Access and Activation

In the event that you can **prove a failure of service directly caused by Quick Learner** (e.g., prolonged system downtime preventing exam access, data loss due to our error, or billing discrepancies), we **guarantee a full refund** of the most recent subscription payment.

The failure must be confirmed and acknowledged by our technical support team after a thorough investigation.

Subscription Cancellation

You can **cancel the renewal** of your subscription anytime before the next billing date through the Payment Section on your Student Dashboard. Canceling prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
