By completing a purchase on the Platform you agree to this Payment & Refund Policy.

This Payment & Refund Policy governs all financial transactions on the QuickLearner Platform. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay — a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. QuickLearner does not store card details on its servers.

Prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. By completing a purchase you confirm you have read and agreed to this policy.

Pricing & Taxes

  • All plan prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are one-time charges.
  • Applicable GST is included in the displayed price unless stated otherwise.
  • QuickLearner reserves the right to revise plan prices at any time. Price changes will not affect subscriptions already purchased.
  • International payments are not currently supported.

Subscription & Credits

  • Each plan provides a fixed number of exam credits valid for a defined period (e.g., 1 month, 3 months).
  • One credit is consumed each time you start a mock exam session.
  • Credits do not roll over beyond the plan's validity period.
  • QuickLearner does not operate automatic recurring subscriptions. Each purchase is a standalone, one-time transaction.
  • Credits added by an institution admin are governed separately and do not involve a payment transaction on your part.

Failed & Disputed Payments

  • If your payment fails but your bank account is debited, the amount is automatically reversed within 5–7 business days by Razorpay.
  • If reversal does not occur, contact us at support@quicklearner.in with your transaction reference number.
  • For chargebacks or payment disputes raised with your bank, please notify us first so we can resolve the issue promptly and avoid disruption to your account.

Plan Switching

  • Purchasing a new plan immediately cancels your current active subscription.
  • Unused credits from the cancelled plan are not carried over to the new plan.
  • No partial refund is issued for unused credits when switching plans.
  • We recommend exhausting your credits before purchasing a new plan.

Payment Security & Data

  • All payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay under their PCI-DSS compliance framework.
  • QuickLearner stores only the Razorpay Order ID and Payment ID for transaction verification and audit purposes.
  • Your card number, CVV, and banking credentials are never visible to or stored by QuickLearner.
  • For Razorpay's security practices, refer to their Privacy Policy at razorpay.com/privacy.

QuickLearner reserves the right to modify this Payment & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
